REFORMER PILATES

  • All of our classes are pre-booked online through the website, or the Get Low Pilates app (download it from your app store).

    To cancel your class click on your booking in the schedule and press cancel.

    Please note you have up to 9 hours prior to the start time of your class to cancel and avoid paying for the class you booked. Cancellations outside the 9 hour window are placed back into your account for next time. Cancellations within the 9 hour window are automatically taken from your pack.

    If there is an emergency or you suddenly become unwell, we will ask for a medical certificate to reinstate the class you missed. Please note, cancellations can only be done via the Get Low Pilates app - we do not accept cancellations via social media, text, voicemail or email.

  • The great news is that Pilates is for everybody! No matter your age, fitness level, flexibility, experience or gender.

    We recommend starting with our Get Low signature classes if you’re new to reformer and want to jump straight into group classes. Want to try out our classes? We have our introductory offer: 2 weeks unlimited classes- $60. This applies to all of our classes

    If you have any specific concerns and would like to have a bit more attention before you join the classes, then you can also book a one-on-one private session. These sessions give you a little more attention, so you can work on your technique and feel more confident.

    Please note, clients must be aged 16+ to attend reformer classes.

  • Doors will open 10 minutes before the class starts. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start of class so you can secure your favourite reformer bed and settle in. Unfortunately, you will not be permitted to join in if you arrive past the class start time.

  • Firstly, congratulations! We understand how important it is to continue to move your body when you’re growing another.

    Up to 15 weeks: You can continue your classes as normal. After 15 weeks we strongly believe the safest way to exercise is 1:1 with a specifically trained professional.

    Good news is, once bubs arrive you are welcome to attend class as soon as you get clearance from your doctor.

  • We absolutely love hearing from you! throughout an average day we receive a high volume of enquiries from current and new clients. While also doing what we do best, shaping those peaches in the studio!

    These enquiries can come in via phone, text, inbox, DMs and via verbal conversations with instructors making it a little tricky at times to keep up with. We want to kindly ask if you can do us a solid and only send your enquiries via email to info@getlowpilates.com where it will be responded to within 48 hours. For all urgent matters please give us a call.

    All clients on memberships must provide at least 1 weeks' notice for any pauses or suspensions. And it must be put in writing via email only.

INFRARED SAUNA FAQ

  • Try and expose as much skin as possible, so swimwear is the best option.

  • We recommend 30- 45 minutes. We also recommend you taking your time in the beautiful space we’ve created to soak in the last few minutes of relaxation.

  • It’s recommended to wait at least 30 minutes before taking a cool shower to achieve the most benefits. But lets be honest, a cool or warm shower right after feels amazing.

    • Towels - If you forget it, don’t sweat it, you can hire towels through reception for $2.

    • Water bottle - H20 will be your best friend!

  • The more you use an infrared sauna, the better your results will be. Most people come once or twice a week, but you can come every day if you’d like. Explore our packages here.
